Proposal Logistics Who: For adults with no experiences with clay or sculpture What: Sculpting using various hand building techniques When: Every Saturday from November the 4th till December the 23sd 2006 Where: At Lucsculpture School and Studio Why: This class will focus on an introduction to the oldest sculpting techniques known to mankind: Hand building. We will be using different coiling and slab building techniques to create functional and non-functional art. Participants will develop their artistic skills and gain confidence in personal expression through fundamentals such as form, shapes, composition, techniques, and more while cutting, stacking, pitching functional and altered forms. Students will gain a sense of accomplishment that will nourish and challenge their creative thinking. Come and use your imagination in the world of clay.
